From Bormio, along the SS301 Foscagno crossing the Foscagno Pass and Pass dell'Eira.

From Sondrio, along the SS38 towards northeast to Bormio, then from there onto the SS301 of Foscagno crossing the Foscagno Pass and Pass dell’Eira.

From Bolzano, along the SS38 to Merano, from there keep the SS38 until the village of Sluderno, taking the SS41 to the border with Switzerland; in Swiss territory, continue on Route 28 until the Munt La Schera with transit alternating one-way toll.
